Please let us know as soon as possible if you’re running late or need to cancel your appointment. This allows us to offer the time to other patients who may need urgent care. Repeated no-shows without notice may incur a fee.
For most test results, we recommend booking a follow-up appointment with your doctor to discuss the findings. For urgent or concerning results, our staff will contact you directly. We do not provide test results over the phone for privacy and medical reasons.
For repeat prescriptions, referrals, or medical certificates, you will need to book an appointment with your doctor. This ensures your health is properly monitored and that any changes in your condition are addressed appropriately.
Your medical records are confidential and stored securely. If you need access to your records, please submit a written request to the clinic. There may be a small administrative fee for providing copies of your records. We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with Australian privacy laws.
